Clean rooms and tasty breakfast

Spent a night here with my fam and gotta say the rooms were super clean. The included breakfast had a nice variety. Although we had some hiccups with food supply on Saturday, the staff really got it right for Sunday. Just wish we could've checked in a tad smoother. decent stay!

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had good amenities, but the layout was a bit odd with the separate toilet. The pool area was nice, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. However, I had issues with parking. The charges seemed quite high for overnight fees. Also, some of the common areas felt a bit cluttered with dirty tables and uncollected dishes during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the selection was decent but a bit underwhelming. some items were cold and lacked variety. Overall, more attention to cleanliness and efficiency in dining would really enhance the experience.

the city's heart is just a stroll away, making it perfect for visits to iconic spots like Sheffield Winter Gardens and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive during my stay, making it a comfortable base for my travels.

the novotel had a fantastic location, very close to the winter garden, where you can relax. the room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and safe, which we really appreciated. having free access to the pool and sports facilities was a nice bonus. everything felt well taken care of for our stay. also, a lot of cafes and restaurants were nearby.

It was just a suitable option for a short stay in Sheffield with decent value for money. I left my Tag watch in the bathroom and was disappointed it went missing after housekeeping cleaned. Make sure to keep valuables locked away during your stay.

i had a lovely stay at novotel. the location is fantastic, right across from the snooker championships. the bar area is so nice, perfect for a chill evening. breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, and my room was clean and quiet. very friendly staff made me feel welcome!

The room was super cozy with a fridge, coffee machine, and a nice sofa bed. I loved having free access to the indoor swimming pool and fitness center. The breakfast was great with fresh pastries and lots of options. Location was perfect, right near shops and the Winter Garden. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout.
